No. This service is for planned health checks and wellness appointments. For a new or worsening illness, contact your NHS GP or NHS 111. Call 999 in an emergency.
What should I bring?
Please bring photo identification, a list of your current medicines and any relevant forms or medical information. Specific programmes may require access to fuller records; our team will explain this before booking.
Will every appointment include blood tests?
No. Blood tests are selected according to the service and your individual clinical needs. We will explain any recommended tests and associated costs before proceeding.
Can weight-management medication be prescribed?
Medication may be considered only after a full assessment and where the GP decides it is clinically appropriate. Prescribing is not guaranteed and ongoing monitoring may be required.
