Where are you located?
Our courses take place at 648 Hanworth Road and/or in our professional beauty salon in Whitton, Twickenham. You can find directions on our location page.
How can I book and pay for a course?
You can call or email us to confirm availability. Use our course calendar to see upcoming course dates.
We accept bank transfers or cash and aim to have the course paid for seven days before the course start date.
Do I need to pay for parking?
Off-street parking is available; however, public transport may be more convenient because parking restrictions apply. Please check parking arrangements before booking.
Do you offer finance for courses?
No. If you require funding to help pay for your course, please explore government-funded options or an appropriate third-party provider.
Why are your courses shorter than college or higher-education courses?
We provide intensive small-group training with hands-on practical work. Smaller class sizes allow us to monitor each learner’s progress closely and provide focused support while meeting the relevant qualification requirements.
What is your course cancellation policy?
All course fees for VTCT registration are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If there is a reason for cancellation or non-attendance, consideration may be made at the discretion of Beautiful World Training Academy. Where possible, we may rebook your course. Evidence, such as a doctor’s note, may be required.
If you cannot attend a course or a specific course day, at least three days’ notice is required; otherwise, course fees may be forfeited. Please use our contact page to get in touch.
What happens if Beautiful World Training Academy cancels a course?
In the event of tutor sickness or insufficient enrolment numbers, we aim to give students at least 24–48 hours’ notice by telephone. Alternative dates will be arranged or refunds issued, depending on the circumstances.
Beautiful World Training Academy is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs, and these will not be refunded.
