Where a course requires it (for example certain aesthetics training), we may also collect relevant health information with your explicit consent.
- Model/client booking details — name, contact details, and relevant health/consent information when you book a treatment with our supervised students.
- Marketing information — your email address and your preferences when you sign up to receive news, offers, and course updates from us.
- Website usage data — cookies and analytics data such as pages visited and device type, used to improve our website. See section 6.
- Photographs and videos — of treatments, training sessions, or results, only where you have given consent (for example for our social media or course records).

- Respond to enquiries and provide information about our courses and treatments
- Process course enrolments, manage your training, assessments, and certification (including sharing necessary details with awarding bodies such as VTCT, ProQual, Qualifi, and CPD accreditation bodies)
- Manage model/client bookings and ensure treatments are carried out safely
- Take payments and keep financial records
- Send you marketing emails about courses, offers, and academy news, where you have opted in
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including those relating to accredited training and health and safety

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR: contract (to deliver the course or treatment you have booked), consent (for marketing emails, health information, and photographs), legal obligation (record keeping, accreditation requirements), and legitimate interests (running and improving our business, responding to enquiries).
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary with:
- Awarding and accreditation bodies (such as VTCT, ProQual, Qualifi) to register, assess, and certify your qualification
- Service providers who process data on our behalf, including our website hosting provider, our email marketing platform (Hostinger Reach), and payment processors. These providers act under contracts that require them to keep your data secure and use it only on our instructions
- Regulators or authorities where required by law

- Student records and certification details: as required by our awarding bodies and for a minimum of 6 years for legal and insurance purposes
- Financial records: 6 years, as required by HMRC
- Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or after a prolonged period of inactivity
- Model/client treatment records: in line with industry and insurance requirements

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure, including secure systems, restricted access, and staff data protection awareness. Paper records are stored securely at our premises.

- Access the personal data we hold about you
