Course Information
This qualification is available through education and training providers who can offer this course in a real salon environment and provide you with the opportunity to learn beauty therapy skills, whilst working on real clients. It is important for you to have the opportunity to learn in a real working environment, particularly because this qualification leads to employment in such a client-centred and service orientated sector.
What does this qualification cover?
This VTCT qualification includes the following units:
- Provide Body Electrical treatments
- Provide Facial Electrical treatments
- Provide Body Massage treatments
- Provide Electrical Epilation treatments
- Monitor procedures to safely control work operations
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of promotional activities
- Provide Stone Therapy treatments
Entry Requirements
Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 2 qualification in beauty therapy and a successful skills test and interview.
Course Duration
1 day a week for 20 weeks, this includes two IQA assessments. Home study is required as this is a fast & intensive course.
