Where are you located ?

Our courses will either  take place at 648 Hanworth Road and or in our professional beauty salon in Whitton, Twickenham. You can find directions to us there

Question 2

How can I book and pay for the course ?

To book a course through Beautiful World Training Academy you can either call or email us to confirm availability. Use our course calendar to check out what courses we have running over the next few months.  We accept bank transfers or cash and aim to have the course paid for 7 days prior to the start date of the course.

Question 3

Do I pay for parking ?

Parking is available off street however public transport may be a better form of travel as there are parking restrictions.Please check PARKING facilities prior to booking

Question 4

Do you offer finance for any of the courses ?

Accepted Answer

In short, No. If you require funding to help pay for your course please look through either government funded means or third-party.

Question 5

How come your courses duration are shorter than college or higher education ?

Accepted Answer

Because we provide intensive small group training sessions with hands-on practical work, the learning curve is shorter whilst remaining in the specifications of the NVQ. With smaller numbers of students, we can monitor your learning rate and help you gain experience in fields you might struggle with, faster.

Question 6

Course cancellation policies ?

All course fees for VTCT registration are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If there is a reason for the cancellation or non-attendance, consideration will be made at the discretion of Beautiful World Training Academy. If its possible to re-book your course we will do so – Proof may be required in the form of a doctors note or similar, applicable to the situation.  If you can not make a course or specific day on the course then a minimum of 3 days notice is required else course fees may be forfeited. Please see our contact page to get in touch.

Question 7

What happens if Beautiful World Training Academy cancels a course ?

Accepted Answer

In the event of tutor sickness or lack of numbers, we aim to give at least 24-48 hours notice via telephone to students. Alternate days will be chosen or refunds will be issued depending on the situation.  Travel costs/accommodation fees will not be the responsibility of Beautiful World Training Academy and as such not refunded.
