Focus Level 2 Award in Skin Care and Facial Treatments (RQF)
The aim of the Focus Awards Level 2 Award in Skin Care and Facial Treatments (RQF) is to provide learners with the knowledge and understanding to safely provide facial treatments to clients. Learners will develop the skills required to practice according to health and safety requirements in a salon environment, gain suitable communication skills to care for clients. Learners will develop their knowledge of facial anatomy and physiology, legal considerations, and be able to prepare for and provide skin care information and facials to clients.

What do I need to know before I start the course?
This qualification is open to beginners.
Where does the training take place?
The training for the Level 2 Facial Course will take place our Beauty Schools based in Hounslow
Duration and Delivery
You will be required to attend the centre for the following days
- Day 1: Demo & Practice Day- Continue at home to practice on friends and family
- Day 2: Formative Assessments -Continue at home to practice on friends and family
- Day 3: Practical Summative Assessment x 2
- Day 4: Final Practical Summative Assessment x 1 for Final Claim subject to folder being complete
You will need to be able to practice your new skill on family & friends, we will provide models as and when we can at the academt.
Ultimately You are responsible for your own models to do this course however we will make every effort to find you models
We believe in keeping the class sizes small, so students have more one 2 one time with our tutors. Our normal class size is 4-6.
