We aim to offer high-quality beauty and aesthetics training at fair, competitive prices. If you find a lower advertised price, send us the evidence and we will check that the course, delivery and total cost are genuinely comparable.
Like-for-like course
The course must match in level, content, delivery, practical training, assessment and included fees.
Comparable provider
The provider must be established, within 20 miles of our academy and offer classes of seven learners or fewer.
Claim within seven days
Contact us within seven calendar days of purchasing your BWTA course and provide evidence of the lower price.
What qualifies?
The comparison must include
- The same qualification or course title, level and learning outcomes.
- The same awarding organisation or accreditation status, where applicable.
- Comparable course duration, delivery method, tutor contact, practical training and assessment.
- The total price, including VAT and all compulsory registration, examination, kit, model or assessment fees.
- A genuine price currently available to the general public in pounds sterling.
- Evidence we can verify, such as a live webpage or written quotation showing the price and inclusions.
What is excluded?
- Auction sites, marketplaces or private resale offers.
- Short-term errors, expired prices or offers that are unavailable to book.
- Coupons, free gifts, bundles, flash sales, membership prices, finance incentives or group discounts.
- Special orders, bespoke arrangements or prices requiring another purchase.
- Courses that differ materially in content, duration, delivery, assessment, class size or included fees.
How to make a claim
Gather the evidence
Keep the competitor’s course link or written quotation showing the current total price and what is included.
Send your details
Provide your name, BWTA course, purchase date, competitor’s course and supporting evidence.
We will review it
Our team will compare the course and contact you after checking the eligibility and price.
